Lebrecht photographer Alexandra Kremer-Khomassouridze has ‘Live Music’ exhibition at the Salle Pleyel in Paris

Lebrecht photographer Alexandra Kremer-Khomassouridze will be exhibiting in Paris from 9 March until 10 April 2011. La Salle Pleyel opens it doors to photography for the first time for ‘Live Music’ a photo-reportage exhibition by the artist Alexandra Kremer-Khomassouridze. She sums up her motivation in creating this exhibition: ‘The clicks of the camera that are destined to capture forever the passion, the enthusiam, the intoxication, the indignation and love on their inspired faces, and to feel the surge towards the heavens and the endless fall, the ecstasy of the body and soul that is called MUSIC.’

Subjects include the great master musicians Rostropovich, Bashmet, Barenboim, Vladimir Spivak, Termirkanov, Valery Gergiev, Gidon Kremer , Evgeny Kissin. This exhibition was previously shown in Moscow in 2008.
